Mad For Plaid - 1972

It's 1972 and the whole world is mad for plaid. Plaid coats, plaid suits, plaid skirts, plaid pants. Plaid, plaid, plaid!

Oh JODY! Plaid! I was over at shopgoodwill.com this morning and noticed in the Vintage Clothing they had a green wool plaid suit. Very cool suit but much too heavy for SoCal. I wonder if anyone would notice if I wintered in New England? :)

Nice! I love plaid. I was just thinking the other day, that it hasn't been popular for awhile, and it's about time for us to have it be popular again.

Oh my goodness! My absolute favorite outfit in High School... high waisted, full legged, cuffed pants with a matching vest and clip on tie! In a yellow and black plaid!
Yes indeed, I was stylin'!!!

Kathleen, I also had a plaid pantsuit in high school. The pictures make me laugh now, but yes, we were stylin'!
