This week, I listed several vintage coats and evening and cocktail dresses. We're getting ready for fall and holiday!
I love, love, love this vintage 1960's Mod era coat! Fashioned of cotton velveteen in a wild print, the fabric is then quilted with a grid of black satin stitch embroidery. So different!
The ultimate in sultry starlet glam, this vintage late 1930's evening gown is fashioned in deep blue velvet and comes with a matching bolero jacket.
I had to show you the back of this vintage 80's cashmere evening suit by Renaldo Balestra, Italian couturier. That fox fur draped cowl stole is separate and completely removeable. The suit consists of a knee length jacket that can be worn on it's own as a coat and a full length skirt.
If you love Pucci era prints but prefer a more neutral palette, this vintage 70's dress by Paganne is just right for you!
Goldworm made some of the best prints around, and this 1970's evening gown is no exception. The stained glass mosiac print adorns a body hugging wool jersey dress and matching silk chiffon stole.
Velvet is going to be important for evening this fall. This vintage 50's cocktail dress features a beaded nude illusion bodice to add to the glamour!

Anonymous, this post is from 2009 and the dress is long gone. Sorry! I do have a few other 1930s dresses on my website though with more velvets to come in the fall.
